Pattern checks catch the most common reasons apps get rejected — placeholder text, missing demo accounts, COPPA violations, invalid entitlements, duplicate keywords, and more.
Prioritised action items on the Overview scorecard tell you exactly what to improve next. Dedicated keyword portfolio with rank history sparklines, competition checks, and competitor gap analysis with one-click Add to Field.

Need help, found a bug, or have a feature request? Email flightcheckapp@icloud.com and I'll get back to you. Please include your FlightCheck version (Settings → About), macOS version, and a description of what you were doing.
FlightCheck is built and supported by one person. I aim to respond to support emails within 2 business days. Critical bugs (data loss, crashes on launch) get priority.
FlightCheck stores all data locally on your Mac. ASC API keys live in Keychain. Sales and metadata sync only with App Store Connect via your own API key. See the privacy policy for full details.
Open the Connect tab in any project. You'll need an App Store Connect API Key (Issuer ID, Key ID, and .p8 file) with Admin or App Manager access. Create one at appstoreconnect.apple.com → Users and Access → Integrations → App Store Connect API. Keys are stored in your macOS Keychain.
Free tier supports 1 project with full access to audits, ASC sync, metadata editing, and reviews. FlightCheck Pro ($39.99 one-time) unlocks unlimited projects, device frame overlays in Screenshot Studio, and all future Pro features.
Sales reports require your Vendor Number (Settings → Connect → Vendor Number) in addition to the API key. ASC also delays sales data by ~24–48 hours. New apps with no downloads will show empty charts.
Yes — Demo Mode (toggle in the sidebar) loads a sample project with fake metadata, reviews, sales, and TestFlight data so you can explore every tab before connecting your own account.
It exposes your FlightCheck project data to AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor) via the Model Context Protocol, bound to localhost only. Disabled by default. Configure it in Settings → Integrations → MCP Server.
Everything is stored locally in ~/Library/Containers/com.joemorton.preflight/Data/Library/Application Support/. Use File → Export Project Backup to create a .flightcheckbackup file you can move between machines or restore later.
You can submit for review directly from the Submit tab once metadata, screenshots, and builds are uploaded — but you stay in control. FlightCheck never submits without your explicit confirmation.
FlightCheck runs on macOS 14+ and manages submissions for iOS, macOS, tvOS, visionOS, and watchOS apps.
Email flightcheckapp@icloud.com. For bugs, please include FlightCheck version, macOS version, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if applicable.
